Seems that Ashley Alexandra Dupre is sueing Girls Gone Wild because she was only seventeen at the time she was filmed, and she legally cannot sign any contracts.

The news article I just read stated the following:

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, 22, contended in the lawsuit that she was only 17 — too young to sign legally binding contracts — and drunk on spring break in 2003 when she agreed to be filmed for “Girls Gone Wild” in Miami Beach.

I’m confused. This bitch was seventeen, was breaking the law by drinking, most likely had a fake ID, and illegally entered into a contract, yet no one is going to arrest her for anything. She just filed a lawsuit that said she broke three laws, yet nothing is going to happen to her. Anyone else see anything wrong with this?

How about trying this on for size…. You were filmed in a public place doing something illegal on your part???
