So, just last week he strikes again. This time he’s dealing with David Hans Schmidt in trying to sell a sex video he has of “fred durst”. When this video is released to the internet it is released with a ntoe that reads ” David Hans Schmidt – 602-956-8876. Nice try, but instead of you making money off this we’ll give out for free. ”

A quick look into this David Hans Schmidt guy basically shows that he’s responsible for the legal publication of a lot of adult tapes, celebrity ones, and he was attempting to cash in on this one.

I guess the deal broke down.
