Looks like where I live lucked out and all we are going to get hit by is a nasty rain storm tonight.

I never did put my shutters up so at least I don’t have to deal with taking them down. Hopefully I won’t regret this when the worst of the storm passes over me. Gave up trying to buy gas yesterday and ended up just using some of my generator fuel in my car. I drove by the gas station up the street from me last night a bit after 11 pm and it still had long lines and the other one up the street from me was out of gas.

I wouldn’t even have bothered trying to get gas but I only had a quarter tank of gas and I had to drive Captain John around in order to move my neighbor’s boat into an inland dock.

Not really sure what I’m doing the rest of today. Today would have been a gym day but the storm ruined that. I need to bring my car in for servicing since it seems to have a slow coolant leak but I’m going to wait until after the storm has passed and things are back to normal. It’s kind of like nothing to do but sit here and dread the coming storm.

Good day to just work but my laptop is running slow because I’m doing a fresh backup of my servers but that should be done in another hour or so I’ll probably spend the later part of the day working and that is about it… boring, boring, boring.
